Product Purpose

RexPlay products are interactive cat toys designed for play, entertainment, and stimulation of a cat’s natural hunting instincts.

They are not medical or veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any physical, behavioral, or health condition affecting your pet.

If your cat displays severe behavioral problems, unusual aggression, or any health condition, consult a veterinarian or feline behavior specialist before using the product as a solution.

Product Use

RexPlay products must be used solely as interactive toys during supervised play.

The user is responsible for properly using, adjusting, caring for, and maintaining the product.

To help preserve the product’s condition, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, excessive moisture, cleaning products, chemicals, or abrasive surfaces.

Detachable accessories, including feathers and bells, must be handled with care. Excessive, forceful, or repeated use may cause deformation, tearing, or damage that will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Pet Safety

RexPlay must always be used under adult supervision. Never leave your cat alone with the product.

The toy includes small and detachable parts, including a bell and feathers, which may present a choking or ingestion hazard if your cat is left unsupervised.

Remove the toy after each play session and immediately stop using it if any part becomes loose, damaged, worn, or appears likely to detach.

If your cat shows signs of overstimulation, stress, anxiety, or aggression during play, end the session immediately and remove the product.

Use RexPlay together with appropriate rest periods and other forms of enrichment.

RexPlay does not replace behavioral training, veterinary care, or responsible pet supervision.

User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Supervising their cat during every play session.
• Determining whether the product is appropriate for their pet and environment.
• Removing the product if it contains loose, damaged, or worn parts.
• Maintaining the product under appropriate hygiene and care conditions.
• Avoiding excessive pulling, forcing, modification, or alteration of the product or its accessories.

If the cat experiences any adverse reaction, stress, or unusual behavior during or after use, the user must discontinue use of the product.

Limitation of Liability

RexPlay does not guarantee that the product will meet subjective expectations regarding color, plush tone, perceived size, finish, or the specific reaction of each cat, as feline behavior varies from one pet to another.

Images, videos, testimonials, and marketing materials are provided as visual references and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, device specifications, manufacturing batches, or individual perception.

RexPlay is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the product, unsupervised use, inadequate care, contact with water, moisture, chemicals, impacts, tearing, loss of the product, or improper handling.

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RexPlay products are not official merchandise and are not licensed, sponsored, approved, or affiliated with any movie, franchise, studio, author, brand, or rights holder.

All website content, including text, images, descriptions, designs, collection names, page structure, and advertising materials, is owned by RexPlay or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The full or partial reproduction of this content without express written authorization is prohibited.

Changes to Products and Content

RexPlay reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, price, promotion, description, image, or website content at any time without prior notice.
